READ THIS! Resources That Made Me Feel SO MUCH BETTER During Menopause

There’s so much noise around menopause.

Some of it feels overwhelming. Some of it feels dismissive. And honestly, some of it just made me feel more confused.

But every once in a while, you come across a resource that makes you stop and think:

Wait… this is exactly what I’ve been feeling!

That happened to me with Mel Robbins & Dr. Rachel Rubin & Midi Health.

I wanted to share them here because they helped me feel informed, validated, and honestly… less alone during this phase of life.

The First Time I Felt Like Someone Was Actually Explaining It

I came across a video from Dr. Rachel Rubin on Mel Robbins and immediately felt seen.

She talks about menopause in a way that feels:grounded, validating, science-backed, but still human

What I appreciated most was that she explained symptoms and body changes in a way that didn’t make women feel dramatic or dismissed.

For so many of us, menopause can feel like: brain fog, inflammation, sleep struggles, anxiety, exhaustion, body changes we don’t recognize. And hearing someone connect those dots calmly and clearly was incredibly comforting.

I’ve watched many of her videos now, and they’ve helped me better advocate for myself and understand what my body may need during this transition.

If you’re feeling confused, overwhelmed, or like no one is taking your symptoms seriously, I genuinely recommend starting there.

Midi Health

A Resource I Wish More Women Knew About-Another resource that really stood out to me was Midi Health.

One of the hardest parts of menopause can be simply finding providers who are educated in it and willing to listen.

Midi focuses specifically on women in perimenopause and menopause and offers virtual care designed around this stage of life.

My Virtual Visits have been great- They listen-validate that you are not crazy and provide great resources and support!

What I appreciated most was seeing a platform centered around: education, support, access, and women actually being heard.

That matters.

Not every woman has local access to providers who specialize in menopause care, and I think resources like this are helping shift the conversation in a much-needed direction.

Final Thoughts

Menopause can feel incredibly isolating at times — especially when you feel like your symptoms are being minimized or misunderstood.

These resources helped me feel more informed, more supported, and more connected to what was actually happening in my body.

I’m sharing them simply because I wish someone had shared them with me sooner.
